Constant Output: Week 10

This week I deviated slightly from my typical constant output of learning to digital paint because I was inspired by blending modes. I've been wanting to spruce up my portfolio by creating assets, so this week I started working on a masthead cover that represents me/my style. Although I haven't used my tablet pen this week, I used a lot of blending modes (like how I've been with my digital paintings) to create the paper-like effects. Next week I'm planning on using my pen to incorporate writing (as if I'm writing on a paper surface), so that the cover ends up looking like a paper collage with both photographs and writing. This week however, I just worked on making things look paper-like and setting it up for the most part.
